I understand it can be difficult to choose someone you can trust to collaboratively guide you through your healing journey. I experience multiple identities of my own as a professional, partner, Ti@ (auncle), sibling, hije (child), and community member. I understand the struggles that may arise with overlapping identities. As a multilingual/multicultural Indigi-queer therapist, I am deeply committed to providing counseling for individuals with diverse identities. I am able to provide these services in English and Spanish.

I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Education from the University of Texas, and a Master of Science in Professional Counseling. I enjoy providing psychoeducation and mental wellness workshops for various communities in striving to destigmatize mental health.

My experience includes working with the Queer/Trans community, multilingual communities, intersectional identity issues, acculturative/cultural stress, identity development, and the Latinx/e community. I believe in a holistic approach to therapy that is grounded in person-centered, culturally sensitive, mindfulness, and a systematic perspective. My role is to meet you where you are in the process in a non-judgmental and positive way towards the goals or changes you envision as possible.
